a dreamy escape
friendly staff nice design smooth arrival
I found the staff to be very friendly. the pool area had a very nice design and it was very well kept. It seemed like a true oasis. the price point. arrival was smooth and the reception staff treated me kindly.
during my stay, i noticed that the hotel could use some updates. some plug sockets were loose, and there were a few broken tiles in the bathroom. the shower pressure was quite low, and the air conditioning wasn't working perfectly, it didn't affect me too much though.

the breakfast buffet featured a very good selection. there were various breads, fresh salads, some hot items, and a made-to-order omelette station available each morning. the pool area was well maintained too.

the hotel boasts a great side entrance. it provides access to the main pathway leading directly to the beach, only about five to seven minutes. this access point made trips to the beach simple.

The breakfast buffet included many choices. I ordered eggs just how I liked them. The pool area had a fabulous view. The garden was immaculate.

the location was very close to the beach. the staff seemed friendly enough, always smiling, though i didn't need much help. plenty of recliners were available by the pool, so finding a spot was never an issue.

The double bedroom with a balcony was excellent. It had a sea view. the buffet breakfast included in the rate was very good. it was excellent value for money for a five night stay.
The pool table was not working . I was slightly disappointed.

refurbished area wide spread cheerful staff
I was so thrilled with the communal areas! they were newly refurbished and looked amazing. the breakfast had a wide spread. I was delighted with all the choices. the staff were happy, cheerful, and super helpful throughout my stay, it made such a difference.
The sink in my room was clogged, so the water drained very slowly. This was a bit inconvenient

The staff printed boarding passes without hesitation. There is a secure room for bags after checkout and i used it. I liked the clean white sheets. Breakfast was tasty with many options. It was a great value.

i found the pool area and garden well maintained. the rooms received daily cleaning with fresh toiletries provided, it was efficient. all the staff displayed friendliness, and they spoke english well. the location allowed convenient access to nearby attractions.
the ac seemed to struggle a bit during the hottest part of the afternoon, though it improved later in the evening.
